I had a spacious suite with a full kitchen, convenient. the bathrooms were clean. I noticed they provided ample towels. the pirate-themed pool was a fun feature. My kids loved the slide.

The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak times. I sometimes waited a few minutes.

The free shuttle to Disney parks was very helpful. Alternatively an $18 taxi outside reception was always available. Our spacious three bedroom apartment was located on the thirteenth floor. We had a great view towards Disney and comfy beds.

The furniture in the apartment looked a little worn.

the three-bedroom suite provided ample space for my family. we appreciated the in-suite laundry facilities with complimentary washing powder. the resort offered a convenient free shuttle to disney parks. the fridge was restocked daily with water and soda.

i noticed the furniture in the suite could use updates. it did not significantly impact my stay, i still think it would be a nice upgrade.

faulty plumbing poor communication

the location made it easy to get to the theme parks, acceptable.

The plumbing in the bathroom seemed faulty. i discovered i needed to use the bedroom remote for the living room tv, an inconvenience that was never explained. the staff charged for tap water at the pool, despite signs prohibiting outside drinks. The manager never addressed my complaint. it was just frustrating

I stayed in a Three-Bedroom Suite. The suite had plenty of room for seven people. The location was close to Disney and Sea World. I loved the pools and hot tub.

The furniture needs updates though it was acceptable! I noticed the beds could use replacement.
